Council Leadership Conference

ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL COMMUNITY COME TOGETHER

Who Should Attend?
The Council Leadership Conference is for volunteer leaders and staff executives of estate planning councils of all sizes that are affiliated with NAEPC. We recommend that every council send at least one officer at the vice-president level or under and the council’s executive.
Our time together will include “learning pods” (small, topic-based workshops where council leaders share topic-based experiences, best practices, and learn from one another), sessions for councils of like-size, an evening reception honoring the councils receiving annual awards, and additional time to spend time with other leaders.
Learning Pod Topics appear below. Each registrant is provided with a personalized schedule that is created based on preferences collected at the time of registration, however, when on-site, attendees are welcome to adjust their schedule based on preference.

Paid Staff Executives / Administrators
Each year we welcome staff executives from all types of business arrangements from across the country to learn from one another about items important to NAEPC and association management professionals. Your sessions begin at 8:00 am on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, which is earlier than the remainder of the Council Leadership Conference. Remember, your attendance is ALWAYS complimentary!
