The NAEPC room rate is $279/night (before taxes and fees) plus a $22/night resort fee that provides several amenities.  Additional room types are available at discounted rates.  Reservations must be made on or before September 19, 2025.   Please email conference@naepc.org if you have any trouble during the booking process.

Looking to make a vacation out of your trip?  The special NAEPC room rate may be available three days pre-conference and three days post-conference, pending availability.
